Stretch Guide

What to Expect

Every stretch session with us is designed around you. No two bodies are the same, so we tailor each session to your needs, comfort level, and goals.

Our aim is to create a calm, welcoming space where you can relax while your body releases tension and regains natural movement. Over time, regular stretching can help you feel lighter, move more freely, and recover better from daily stress or physical activity.

What Should I Book for My First Visit?

If it’s your first time, we recommend starting with a 50-minute session. This allows your stretch therapist enough time to work through the main muscle groups of the body while also paying extra attention to any areas that feel tight, stiff, or overworked.

What Happens When I Arrive?

When you arrive, we’ll begin with a short conversation about how your body has been feeling and what you hope to get from your session.

Your stretch therapist will review your intake form and gently assess your mobility to understand where your body may be holding tension. From there, your session is adapted to suit your body and your goals.

Will It Be Painful?

Your safety and comfort are always our priority. You may feel a deep stretch as tight muscles begin to lengthen, but it should never feel painful.

Most stretches are performed at a moderate intensity — enough to be effective while still comfortable. Your therapist will check in with you throughout the session to make sure the pressure feels right.

What Happens During the Session?

Simply lie back and relax. Your stretch therapist will guide your body through controlled, assisted stretches that help target specific muscles and improve your range of movement.

Because the stretches are assisted, your body can reach positions that are difficult to achieve on your own.

You focus on breathing and relaxing while we guide the movement.

Before Your Visit

Tight on Time?

Our 25-minute express session targets specific muscle groups and is perfect when you want the benefits of stretching in a shorter visit.

Running a Little Late?

No problem — just let us know. We’ll use whatever time remains in your session, but we’ll need to end at the scheduled time so we can stay on track for the next client.

What Should I Wear?

Wear something comfortable that you can move in, such as workout clothes, yoga wear, or loose shorts and a t-shirt.

We also ask clients to bring or wear clean socks to help keep the space clean and pleasant for everyone.

Plans Changed?

We understand that things come up. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged.
